An Exciting New Film Project by Blind Dog FilmsAward-winning filmmaker, Laurel Chiten (The Jew in the Lotus, Twisted, Touched) has now turned her lens on the healing powers of homeopathy. In From Within, Without (working title), she sets about investigating the miraculous power of homeopathy as it takes place. Two elements of the film can already be viewed on her site, Blind Dog Films, which follow the progress of cure of a boy with autism, as well as the healing of a man from the deadly antibiotic-resistant bug, MRSA. There is also a cute animated clip of homeopathy's founder, Samuel Hahnemann, created by my (formerly-autistic) son, Max, now an animation student at the USC film school. Homeopathy is lucky to have a filmmaker of Laurel's caliber interested in documenting its amazing powers, for all the world to see. I heartily encourage all of you to support her efforts to raise more money to complete this film! Go to her website for more details. |

Support Homeopathy Online... and Ignore the "Quackbusters" Funded by Big PharmaWith efforts at undermining homeopathy on the rise around the world, and especially in the UK, big-pharma funded quackbuster efforts online are sprouting everywhere. A recent article in the latest issue of Homeopathy Today includes useful tips on how to diminish the effects of these attacks and promote efforts to support homeopathy: 1. Visit the websites and blogs that publish positive information on homeopathy (see below). The more you go to these websites, the higher they show up in the internet search engine lists. Wouldn't you want to see "Successful Use of Homeopathy In Over 2.5 Million People Reported From Cuba" as the first article listed on your Google search? For the same reason, do not frequent the anti-homeopathy websites! Every time you click on such sites, you raise their visibility in the search engines. You can keep up to date on their activities by subscribing to "Google Alerts" or by reading the pro-homeopathy websites that track the "anti" postings.2. When you visit pro-homeopathy websites or blogs, add a comment. Your support is very important. These are homeopaths and users of homeopathy just like you who put their names and reputations on the line to promote homeopathy. Add your bit of support to them. Don't be afraid of being "flamed" by an anti-homeopathy post. Many websites filter comments from malicious writers. 3. If you have a website or blog, use it to raise homeopathy's profile in the search engines. 4. Write to newspapers and magazines when they publish an article on homeopathy. If the article is favorable, thank them for it; if not, correct the misconceptions, offer more information, and direct them to the NCH website. This type of outreach can bring good results. Many editors are interested in learning more for future articles. The press wants and needs information; share yours with them. 5. Send your monetary support to the NCH and other organizations that strengthen homeopathy. Give as generously as you can to homeopathy education and awareness projects, inner-city clinics, films on homeopathic cures, and clinics in developing countries. These projects' success comes back to you multiplied in the positive image of homeopathy. The more each project, organization, and homeopath achieves, the more secure and readily available homeopathy will be for all of us. Surf Today for Homeopathy!
